Additional reports available to help your business
3XD provide a range of automated reports at no cost, assisting our intermediaries in handling their general insurance business effectively. These are: - Policy Confirmation Reports - confirmation of new business submissions including a formal confirmation of household cover and a schedule, which can be forwarded to a lender, solicitor or other interested party;
- Statement of Price - a statement of price document based on new business submissions;
- Data Capture Forms - a completed data capture form (similar to an application form) based on new business submissions, useful for maintaining compliance and sales records;
- Early Notice of Missed Premiums - allowing intermediaries to recover potentially lost business;
- Advance Notice of Renewal Premium - sent before the customer receives the annual review of their household insurance; and
- Monthly Business Summary - sent once a month, a full list of all customers who are on risk and those who have effected a cancellation - allowing you to contact your customers quickly to recover the business.
3XD can provide completed Statement of Demands & Needs letters for each policy submitted. These documents are prepared to be printed on your letterhead and issued to customers as the confirmation of the policy sale. To enrol to receive these reports we need additional information about your business. This information can be given by completing the fax back request and returning this to us. To download the fax back request, click here. Once you have applied for the Statement of Demands & Needs service, you will receive these documents automatically on all future business sales. There is no need to fax a request for each individual customer. In addition, if you are registered for this service, 3XD will send details of any cancellation request we receive from the customer allowing you to potentially recover business that could be lost. If you wish to enrol for this service, call the team on 0845 519 4966 and we'll mark our records accordingly.
