Special arrangements over Christmas & the New Year
Our opening hours over the Christmas and New Year break are as follows: Customer Helpline and Intermediary Support Team Wednesday 23rd December 2009 - 9am to 6pm (as normal) Thursday 24th December 2009 - 9am to 12pm Our offices will then be closed between 25th December 2009 and 3rd January 2009. Monday 4th January 2009 - 9am to 6pm (as normal) During this time, you may continue to submit business as normal and you will receive case acknowledgements on the next working date. Household Claims Helpline The household claims helpline will be open as above with emergency assistance for customers who need to make a new claim available 24 hours a day. For more information about which number to call, click here. Please note that these helplines cannot offer assistance with existing claims. Payment Protection Claims Helpline Our Payment Protection Claims helpline will close at 5pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2009 and reopen at 9am on Monday 4th January 2009. There are special arrangements for customers who are making a claim where a payment is due during the festive break. The date you should provide evidence of your continued unemployment and/or disability will be advised to you by the claims team.
