If there has been malicious damage, violent disorder, riots and civil commotion, theft, attempted theft or lost property you must inform the police and obtain an incident number.
Do not destroy or remove any items without our consent. If you need to make emergency repairs to prevent further damage to your home, please take photographs before you start.
