The buildings and contents insurance for homeowners is underwritten by a panel of insurers made up of Groupama, Heritage at Lloyd's, Jubilee at Lloyd's and Lemma Europe. - Groupama Insurances specialise in motor, home and healthcare insurance. Groupama is rated "A+" by Standard & Poors.
- Heritage is an underwriter at Lloyd's specialising in worldwide commerical property and liability risks. Lloyd's is rated "A+" by Standard & Poors.
- Jubilee is an underwriter at Llloyd's specialising in motor, property and other personal lines insurances. Lloyd's is rated "A+" by Standard & Poors.
- Lemma Europe Insurance Company Limited specialise in property, liability, fine art and marine insurances and are also one of a few UK underwriters permitted to offer solicitors indemnity insurance. They are based in Gibralter and part of the European Insurance giant Lemma who are rated "B+Good" by A M Best.
All of our underwriters are members of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In addition, all Lloyd's underwriters contribute to a central fund offering an extra level of protection for customers. Some of our existing customers remain insured by our former panel member Axa. Axa underwriters a broad range of personal and commercial products. Axa is rated "A+" by Standard & Poors. The payment protection insurance is underwritten by Brit Insurance Limited. Brit Insurance Limited is a major UK based general insurance and reinsurance provider who underwrite over 80 different product lines. Brit Insurance is rated "A-" by Standard and Poors. The legal expenses and identity fraud insurance products are provided by Lawshield UK Limited and underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance, part of the Axa group of companies. The home emergency cover is underwritten by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Limited. DAS are a specialist legal expenses and home emergency provider. DAS are rated "A" by Standard and Poors. The learner driver insurance is underwritten by Chaucer Insurance. Chaucer Insurance are providers of private car and fleet motor policies including commercial vehicles, specialist vehicles and providing cover to the motor trade. Chaucer operate at Lloyd's who are rated "A+" by Standard and Poors.
