Insuring a property you want to let to tenants
This policy is designed to provide cover for a property you wish to let out to working tenants. There are three types of cover available: - buildings only;
- contents only; and
- combined buildings and contents.

The premium you pay will depend on the type of cover you require, the type of property you wish to insure, the number of bedrooms in the property, your age, your claims history and where the property is located (the post code). The policy includes £300,000 of buildings cover as standard. For contents you can select a cover amount of either £5,000, £10,000, £15,000 or £25,000.
