The levels of service to expect when dealing with 3XD

We always aim to process any enquiries or business we receive as soon as possible. The service guarantee shown the minimum service standard our intermediaries will receive when dealing with 3XD.

 

New Business Acceptance - when you trade a case before 4.30pm you will always receive confirmation of cover (and the appropriate documents) before 9am the following working day. Any business traded after 4.30pm will be dealt with the following working day.

 

Policy Renewals - you will always receive notification of the renewal premium by email at least 15 days before the renewal is due.

 

Underwriting Enquiries - all enquiries submitted on our underwriting enquiry form before 4.30pm will be responded to before 9am the following working day. Any enquiries received after 4.30pm will be dealt with the following working day.

 

Stationery Orders - we will despatch any stationery you order by second class post within 2 working days.

 

Commission Payments - we will always pay commission on or before the 8th of the month following the premium collection. Where we receive settlement from all the insurers early, we will bring the commission payment date forward.
