The Customer Service Excellence® Award

The Customer Service Excellence® Award is in recognition of the outstanding customer service delivered by 3XD to its policyholders, intermediaries and underwriters.

The assessment involved interviews with service users and this certificate is only granted to organisations that can demonstrate at least 80% compliance with the standards required.

3XD was able to demonstrate excellence across all its services including:

• customer insight, 

• culture of the organisation, 

• information and access, 

• delivery, 

• timeliness, and 

• quality of service.
