Our Home Emergency Cover provides £1,000 coverage for urgent repairs, from plumbing issues to lost keys. This optional cover includes a 24-hour helpline and provides cover for call-out charges, labour, and materials for a variety of home emergencies.

Home Emergency Cover
This optional cover has a fixed cost of £3.15 per month (including IPT).
You will have access to a 24-hour helpline where experienced advisors can arrange for an approved contractor to visit the home.
Home Emergency will cover up to £1,000, including VAT, for the:
- Call-out charge
- Labour costs; and
- Parts and materials
to provide help with an insured incident:
- Domestic power supply
- Home security
- Lost keys
- Main heating system
- Plumbing & drainage
- Toilet unit
- Roof damage
- Vermin infestation
