Legal Expenses Cover for Landlords
As part of our continued efforts to provide the best possible products and services, we offer this cover option for as little as £3.00 per month (including IPT).
What is covered? Up to £75,000 per annum for:
- Repossession
- Property damage, nuisance and trespass
- Prosecution defence
- Recovery of rent arrears
- Accommodation
- Storage costs
In addition, a 24-hour telephone advisory service is also provided for assistance on any private legal matter.
